Dusti (Mark Vahlberg) and Brad (Vill Ferrell) join to give their child the perfect Christmas. Their newly discovered partnership was tested when Dustis was an old school, MacDaddy (Mel Gibson) and Brads, a very expensive and emotional father (John Lithgov) arrived at the right time to throw out the holiday in complete chaos.

Since they end up getting used to the whereabouts of others, Brad and Dusty have to cope with their distractions during the holidays
