The dramatic comedy tells of Sescuko Kawasima (Terrazhima), a smoky smoking chancellor in Tokyo, who hosted the prime minister. After deciding on students in English, revealing a new identity in his American “Lucy” alter ego and found himself to his instructor, John (Hartnett). When John suddenly disappeared, Setsuko withsincerely looking for her, and eventually bringing her to the southern California suburbs.
