Brief description of the project: The project is aimed at digitizing the company Nikačević d.o.o. for construction, trade and services. The project aims to create a complex digital solution with the aim of optimizing and increasing the competitiveness and digital needs of the company in order to adapt the company to digital needs and remain competitive. The target group is existing employees who will actively use the implemented complex digital solution in their daily work.

Goal and expected results of the project: The project is fully aligned with the strategic goals and business strategy of the company.

The results achieved by the digitalization of the company Nikačević d.o.o. are as follows:

Increasing efficiency and productivity,

Better decision making,

Improved communication and cooperation,
